Bad Service

On Saturday the 26th of March, I arrived from Cape Town so exhausted and a friend of mine thought we should meet at Johannesburg Park Station to eat something as I was continuing with my journey. We decided Wimpy will do, and we got to Wimpy Park Station, told the lady table for two and we got sitted, we decided what we wanted to eat, the lady never came back. I stood up and went to tell that we are ready to order and they all seemed unbothered by the fact that we have been sitting for more done 10mins, we haven't ordered even a drink, we waited another 10mins, she never came back. I thought Wimpy Park station is convenient for travellers and their service would at least be good, and actually give you service. We left. Went to Galileo, just there and we got the best service ever. Not wimpy. The service sucked, as an entrepreneur I felt so sad for the franchise owner, it's such people who bring your business down.
