Bad service

Went to the wimpy in Pretoria Sammy marks on Saturday we were sat at a table that was not wiped down, waitress left us there for a good 20 minutes before taking our order, when she finally arrives what we wanted to order was apparently not available. My sister wanted a meaty dish they had no wings, no ribs and when she tried to order a burger they had no buns, she asked for a milkshake was told they had no cream was astonished at the response and the pure non-I don't give a dam attitude of the waitress. When we finally got our meal, we asked for our steaks to be medium rare they were over cooked and dry. I didn't even want to bother to complain it was apparently clear that it was going to fall on deaf ears. Please do better in future greatly disappointed in the service.
