Bad service
I had the most pathetic service at wimpy eastgate, end of may I went with my family and order food, the waiter told us they don't have some of the things on the menu, end of June we went again, there was no toys for the kids, no serviettes, my coffee had black stuff on the bottom of the mug, yet we had to pay for all the bad experience and the service was very slow.
