Bad Service

We went to have a breakfast at Wimpy Virginia with 3 of my friends and two kids. immediately when we sat we placed both our drinks and food orders as we all knew what we wanted. We arrived at about 9h25 and we received our drinks at 9h54 and we received our food at 10h20 and some of the orders were incorrect and they had swopped the toads around. I asked the patron that was serving us that the orders are wrong and he looked at me and said that we can swop the toads with our hands and I refused but my friends who did not want to make a scene politely did it amongst themselves. I asked for coffee then since the current one was finished and he said he will bring it. 20 minutes later another patron passed at our table and I asked that if e can have coffee that we order and she said that she will bring it, and the manager passed 10 minutes later and he just greeted one person on the table without checking if we are okay and passed. At the end of the breakfast I asked the managers in charge who tried to apologized but when I explained that he did not pat attention to us he walked away from the conversation and leave me with another manager that came on duty few minutes before.
