Bad Service
Yesterday we went to Wimpy in the Southern Sentrum in Bloemfontein. We stood at the door for almost 5 minutes without anyone even noticing us. We then went to the upstairs area and we sat there for 20 minutes without anyone bringing us any menus. Then my husband phoned the manager and told him that we have been waiting that long. The manager said that they are sending someone. We waited another 5 minutes and then we walked out. This is the second time that we received such bad service there. We then went to Wimpy in the Fleurdal Mall, Bloemfontein. There we were attended to immediately. We placed our orders and we received our food within 25 minutes. Thank you Wimpy Fleurdal for the great service.
