Bad service

I went to wimpy lakeside mall the 29th of June , the place was uncleaned from floor to their tables very dirty. And unprofessional not paying attention to customer from entrance you have to find your own table.take long to even give us refreshments . And one of the staff (supervisor) I think was busy eating
