Bad pathetic service
I went to Wimpy in Hyperam Shopping complex Constantia Kloof. What an experience. Give order for coffee wait half an hour. Waiter leaves without asking if we ready to place a food order. We ask one of the other waiters to call her. We place the order for 2 waffles. 45 minutes later she rocks up with the two waffles with a sad story that the machine went off after I had mentioned that we waited very long.
Please note the store was not busy at the time. There were people who came in after us placed their orders got the food ate and left while we were still waiting. It was a lady with specs.
