Bad management and service
Went to wimpy at mall@ reds on saterday morning the 25th of may and waited almost an hour for our food to come and when it arrived our food was cold we then asked for the manager and complained the manager the brought a salad to the table to apologies i mean really thats a slap in the face never again will i be this humaliated by a restuarant manager ever

A follow up on our last visit at wimpy mall@reds. Last time we had a VERY bad experience, they did contact us and they apologized to us. Now we are back at wimpy and it is much better.
