Bad Management

Had breakfast on Tuesday 21st March 2023 at Oakfield Wimpy Benoni with my family, while we were sitting eating the manager was shouting at all the Staff because a customer came in and had a seat but didn't order anything and said he was waiting for someone after the waitress asked him would he like to order and the customer said no. The poor employee was going to get a warning because of this. What's sad is the same employee tried to apologize to the manager and he chased her away. All this was in view of all the customers which should definitely be conducted behind closed doors and not in front of customers and other staff. We were sitting 2 tables from the Manager and heard everything. The manager was also wearing a sloppy t-shirt and not dressed in uniform which does not give the place a good example. You could clearly see all the Staff were taking strain in the way the manager treats them. We will definitely not be going there again while that Manager is working there. Besides that the service and food was excellent.
