bad hygiene
Employees picking her teeth and then stood up to make my latte!!! No hands washed. Other employee does her make up in the eating area!!! Baaaaad!!! Employee on her cell phone in front of customers. And employee drinking coffee in front of customers! Unheard of!!! Disappointed as i am a weekly customer
