Bad food received

I had a bad experience at wimpy signet today the 08/10/21. I ordered a waffle for takeaway and asked that they give me cream instead of ice-cream as it was going to melt. To my surprise when I got home there was no cream and also the waffle was very hard and dry. I'm very disappointed at the quality of the food and would not have ordered had I had known
