Bad experience, poor management

Today 8 Dec 2023 i had my first ever bad experience at a wimpy (engin 1 stop east, Dr swannepoel off ramp, doornpoort.)

Firstley we waited 45 - 50 minutes for our food. We only receive utencils after food was served. The utencils were dirty. We addressed it and the manager ( Thabo Mkhomazi) just pulled his shoulders up and carried on with what he was busy with.

As a manager with years of experience, your business is as week as its leader and the followers under him that follows he's ways.

According to a anonymous employee, this is standard practice.

I will not recommend this wimpy to any one with this type of service.
