Bad experience at Wimpy

Went for breakfast today. Store was busy , but we waited an hour to get drinks. Coffee was cold when it arrived. Many people that came after us received their food even before we got our drinks. When we received our food the order was not right. Omelette was send back to add bacon and came back cold. Matter was discussed with manager who said sorry but after an hour and a half I left without eating anything. Burger my daughter had was good but chips also cold. Tried to send complaint on Wimpy web page but that didn't work.
