Bad customer service

Went to Wimpy (Pavilion) in Durban with my boyfriend around 12:15 for brunch, we got to the door, sanitized our hands and waited at the door to be served. A lady named Slie (if I’m not mistaken) came to us, didn’t even greet us, aggressively said “sanitize your hands” and we told her we already sanitized our hands and she checked our temperature. We walked in trying to pick a table, my boyfriend asked about a table if we can sit there and she rudely said “akuhlalwa lapha” meaning you can’t sit there. She didn’t greet us, introduce herself, hand over us to a waiter/waitress that could assist us, she left us just like that. We had to call a lady called Nomfundo to helped us...Nomfundo apologized for the poor service we received and further assisted us. As a customer who comes from Pretoria to Durban, I didn’t expect such poor service from Wimpy Pavilion.
