Bad Customer Service

On Sunday i went to Wimpy Northgate Mall in the afternoon to meet a client. Went inside and waiter served us well.As we were chatting i realised that they were preparing to close because they were turning customers back. fair enough. What i didn't like was when they sprayed some chemical that was so choking that i coughed till i got to my car. As we were paying i asked for the manager, he was sitting next to the till operator. I asked him as to is that the way of telling customers that the restuarant is closed by choking customers with that chemical? Without apologising first ,he just said to me \ they are cleaning at the back". I stood there and said but if you are the manager you must apologise because its unprofessional of Wimpy to treat their clients like that regardless of race. I stay close to Northgate mall and my family likes Wimpy whether it be breakfast or lunch but after my experience i doubt if ill ever go to Wimpy Northgate ever again. All that i wanted was a simple apology. A new born baby or asmatic person will definately react to that chemical. """
