Bad customer service.

I went to Wimpy in parklands Cape Town for breakfast. I've ordered to seat down. I waited for 40 minutes for my order and decided to call one of the waiters to ask, to my surprise they forgot about my order, she promised to bring it few minutes. Few minutes later she came with what I've ordered but no coffee, I had to ask again she said sorry I forgot it, I could see she doesn't care she is just working for the sake of getting paid.
