Bad customer service

Friday lunch hours between 2 and 3 pm ONLY 1 WAITER to serve ALL TABLES. Couple of tables was already served. The lady, waiter saw me walked in. I sat down. After waiting 10min I walked to the front desk and placed my order. Disgusting service in peak lunch time on Friday@ Hibiscus Mall Wimpy Margate.
