bad bad service
<p>went to westgate mall ( western cape ) for a late breakfast on sat 18 March with my husband and sitting in the smoking that is also use ( as far as i can ) as a staff canteen ..staff smoking and taking breaks and having private conversation and not caring if the customers can hear them , i feel if they use the smoking area as a staff canteen they must advise the customers or even put a notice up and when the waiter ( no name tag ) was asked about this she seems more upset than anything , this is totally unexpetable and i hope mangement will take note of this</p> <p>thanks</p> <p>shani</p>
