Bad attitude

i called in to place a order and the lady started speaking in sotho, I informed her that I don't speak the language and if she could speak my language or revert back to English so that we can understand each other. she just started talking to someone else while I was on the line and I could hear her saying she's saying she's not venda, what kind of language is that and she wont take my order coz im venda and she was being very rude. then another lady took the phone wanted to take my order next thing she says here is the man ager. the phone was just being tossed around everyone and no one is saying why or apologizing for the rudeness. very bad attitude and service the staff has.
