Bad and No Service Wimpy N1 winelands north

I had a free voucher from fnb ebucks to use t wimpy n1 winelands north and went there on 31 Dec 2024 at 6pm and was told that they cannot help me as they cannot scan the code because they are off line.I don't accept this excuse because they could have wrote down the voucher code but the Manager on duty Enrico showed me the door and told me and my family from Bloemfontein who I wanted to treat to leave as they cannot help me.This is a disgrace and I informed fnb but they say it's to be sorted out with wimpy but they did not help me and to make an excuse they cannot help someone because they are off line is absurd.I think it will be on camera how we were told by Enrico to leave.
