Attitude workers from Eastgate mall wimpy

"Good day, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Eastgate mall store today. When I inquired about the store's status, one of your staff members, Nosmsa, completely ignored me, despite my repeated attempts to get her attention. As a customer, it's disheartening to be treated with such disregard. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided. To improve, I suggest providing your staff with customer service training to ensure they can effectively engage with customers. Additionally, it would be beneficial to address any issues that may be contributing to the long wait times, which exceeded an hour on my visit. I'm requesting that you take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide a better experience for your customers. If not, I'll be forced to take my business elsewhere."
