Appauling service

Had the worst experience at Wimpy Kingfisher this morning. Placed an order for 4 people. Only 2 of the orders arrived. We waited a good 45 minutes until we decided to leave with no joy at all. We were told that there were issues at the back or with the grills. That kind of information would have been helpful prior to placing our order. This was incredibly poor service with no care or communication from the staff instead we had been ignored and down played as fools. This is not the level of service I expected from a well known family restaurant
