Appalling Service!!!

My family and I had visited Wimpy Chatsworth Center on Saturday the 29/05/2021, We ordered our food, I was extremely hungry due to begin 8months pregnant and started eating immediately, I had ordered a double chicken schnitzel with a salad, the chicken schnitzel tasted oily - tasted of old oil, We called the waitress and she called the manageress who stated that she would check the kitchen and get back to me, after a while she got back saying that there is nothing wrong with the kitchen and could not send my food back-What was the purpose of checking the Kitchen when the plate of food in front of me was the issue , I requested for one of the staff to taste the food and the waitress that took our order was sent to taste the food and took a very small bite of the chicken from not the breading or the cheese or the sauce, I had spoke to the manageress afterward and told her the way she handled the situation was extremely poor and then she insisted that I take the food away with me and I said no , if I didn't eat here why would I take it home you can throw it out. As a result I spent R99.90 on a meal that was wasted.

Absolutely horrible service, Manageress attitude was appalling- she should be equip to deal with all sorts of situation as part of her training and she should have been taught that the customer is always right. The Manageress should be up skilled if not then she should not be in a frontline position representing the company.
