appalling service
Sunday morning, have lots to do so looking for quick breakfast. Wimpy seemed quiet so i walk past staff standing around and sit down & wait. Eventually i go get the newspaper, once again walking past idle staff. As a table of 3 sit down and immediately get service, and i have been waiting for 10 mins, i left telling waitress of disgusting lack pf service! Hadnt even been offered a menu yet! Go to mugg & bean where i get immediate and excellent service. Just got back from zanzibar bit there we got fantastic service as well as something sadly lacking in south africa we got friendly service with a smile.
