Appalling , distateful service at wimpy!!!!

I went to wimpy on 29/01/2015 to celebrate my gran daughters birthday, i ordered a double cheese burger and they brought a burger without the cheese,i asked them where the cheese was and they told me putting in the cheese would be expensive. I ordred the double cheese burger knowing very well that i can afford it, and i had already paid for the cheese burger when they told me this. Eventually after complaining they took the burger back to put in the cheese., They brought the burger back without the patty, at that time i was so fed up that i just got up and left. The staff was not even apologetic about the horrific service i recieved. I am never going to eat at wipmy again!! infact i want a refund as i basically paid for a burger i did not recieve. i can not believe that in this day and age this is how customers are treated!!! this experience ruined my gran daugthers birthday as we left earlier than we were supposed to due to the pathetic service recived.
