Appalling customer service
I waited for over 2 hours my order to be delivered .<br> Reported the incident to the assistant manager(Sibongile) only to be belittled, disrespected screamed at and told the the entire mishap was my fault. Sibongile refused to give me the manager's(Alice) contact details and told me she didn't know the head office number. <br> A formal apology and Feedback will be highly appreciated.
