Angry customer

I’m now at wimpy Verwoerd park alberton. Alice Manger as per her name tag she was very rude I waited on the queue next to a guy who was already served according to them but no one bother to inform me or call me next their peers kept grouping up and gossiping at the counter after 10 min Alice who is in the counter asked me if I’m being assisted whereas I’ve been kindly waiting infront of her for exactly 10min. When I confronted her about her not calling me or no one came or called me she answered didn’t u see the counter is empty and all this people have been jumping you.. I decided to leave

I’m really hurt as I came to get breakfast for my family. The service was really bad the lady she was with or that slobbering with laughing and chatting while a customer is waiting to be served. Hope this doesn’t happen to any other person. I feel they treat whites differently and don’t care about the rest … I need an apology from her asap
