Absentee Manager/Franchisee
I visit this particular Wimpy on a regular basis. The waitrons must be congratulated on their excellent, friendly and prompt service at all times. Today, 17 September 2017 at 10h00, there was not a senior person to be seen, no manager or franchisee. As the restaurant was extremely busy for Sunday breakfast the waitrons were run off their feet trying to balance their time between serving meals and keeping track of the customers who wanted to leave and pay their bills. Each waitron took his/her turn at the till and take-away customers were kept waiting. This restaurant could do so much better if it gets the necessary attention from the manager/franchisee.
