A piece of hair between the chips

I visited Wimpy Restaurant at Northgate Mall on Saturday morning, 24 January 2015. I found a hair piece while I eating the chips. I asked the waiter and showed him the hair and during our conversation, I asked to see the manager. The manager (a black male) apologized and offered to give me a free meal, but I couldn't accept the offer as I was feeling nauseas and angry from the funny comments or remarks made by the staff who where at the kitchen during my conversation with their manager. The staff were very rude and they are forgetting that there is a variety of Restaurants in the mall therefore, it is better not to make funny comments in front of the customer. The manager should also reiterate with his staff that cleanliness is of higher priority when preparing meals.
