1 Brekkie option that's beef ? ?

Had brekkie at Centurion Mall. When I tried to order I was told I cannot make substitutions on the Early Bird Breakfast option even after explaining to the waitress that I do not eat pork. All I wanted was mushrooms instead of Bacon ! ! So I asked if I can have a beef or lamb sausage on any of the brekkie options but it doesn't give that option to even pay extra to order what I want? The only alternative is to order a Lekker Breakfast and be forced to eat relish & paptert I don't want? So in a time when people don't eat pork or are vegan, there isn't alot of options? How is this possible in this day & age? Wimpy in a time of a pandemic where so many businesses were forced to close their doors, are you relevant if your customers must eat pork? I had no choice but to eat Avo on toast and I didn't enjoy it at all.
