Poor customer service that included the msnsger

After having a meal there with Friends, I asked Nomsa the waiter to give me a take away cup I was offered a filthy dirty cup.. I'm not happy at at all their customer service is poor, then I reported to Annah the manager she apologized but she also gave me a dirty lid..
