Wimpy treats customers extremely bad

Good day On Saturday 01 06 2024 my wife and I went to Wimpy Park meadows for lunch. We knew what we wanted so we ordered as we sat down. The coldrinks arrived in paper cups. I asked the waitron about that and was informed that they ran out of glass cups. Then the table next to us got there drinks in glass cups. We ordered 1 coke and 1 coke zero, they could not remember what was what. My wife is diabetic and coke could be fatal. When I tasted the drinks they were flat and tasted like water. The manger or what ever she was had her head behind the computer and said or did nothing. I called Wimpy head office to tell them what happened and was informed that they would look into it and gave me a case number. I was called by the store and was told that they will call me back. Still waiting When I called them back a few days later was told that the case is still pending. Now a week later still waiting for an explanation I expected better service from a place like this.
