Wimpy Mall of Africa

I was at Wimpy Mall of Africa today and the customer service was bad.

Upon arrival had to wait while no one was assisting me with my seating me or even greeting , after I was seated had to wait longer to be attended to or even given a menu until 1 waiter asked me if I was okay and I said no I have been sitting here .

When the food arrived the coke was extremely hot , I was not even asked if I wanted ice or not, there was even a couple that returned the drinks saying they don’t want them.
