Day ruined by the awful meal 🤮
I had a very disappointing experience at Wimpy GrandWest Casino. I ordered the chicken meal expecting what was advertised on the menu—a quarter leg—but instead we were served side breast a small chicken breast with a wing. The chicken was badly burnt, dry, and tasted awful. When I raised my concerns, the manager was unhelpful and insisted that this was what the menu offered, even though it clearly wasn’t what was shown or what I expected. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offering a replacement, she simply argued with me. The food quality was poor, the portion was misleading, and the customer service was disappointing. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this Wimpy to anyone expecting good food or decent service more especially if you are with kids just like me now they can’t even enjoy their meal 😡😡😡.
