Deplorable service by employees at Wimpy Arbour Crossing Mall

We were given poor service by the waiter Nkulu at at Wimpy Arbour Crossing. We had to ask for our table and chairs to be cleaned. We waited a very long time for our order to be taken,then the food was late and the drinks came even later. We were never checked even once while we were eating. We complained to the manager Connie and we were given excuses, and as we were talking to her she kept interrupting us. We are extremely disappointed as a family as we have died here many times before the manger Connie does know us.
