Creating a Trust without the Plaintiff's consent

Our son who has Cerebral Palsy as a result of medical negligence at a hospital, was represented by Wim Kraynauw (WK Attorneys) in a medical negligence case against the state. The case was successfully won and compensation was made for our son. But the Lawyers took the money to a Trust Management company that we did not choose. The Law Firm does not want to help us remove this company that they have chosen because we are not happy about the whole structure and setup of the system that they have created. We want to choose our own Trust administration company.
