BAD WORKMANSHIP AND CLIENT INTEREST

I had a Wendy House erected in October 2023 by Wilson and his team. I have not been able to use the wendy house since then. It came to my attention that they used the wrong wood. The floor is caving in and it rains in. I begged now for almost 4 months for them to come and sort my problem out and have excuses all the time. I even suggested for them to refund me half of the R22 000.00 I spent and I will sort it out myself. Arrangements for them to come back was made multiple times but never sufficed.
