Rotten Meaty Bones & Terrible Customer Service.

Today I was served by Bongani at your Quigney store, & this is my third unpleasant experience with him. He is consistently impatient & arrogant, making customers feel rushed.

I once asked him to cut my pork chops thicker, but he ignored my request & continued cutting them thin. There's an old white man there who always cuts my chops how I like them.

Today he sold me prepacked meaty bones that turned out to be rotten. I specifically asked if they were fresh, & he assured me they were. When I cooked them for my dog, the entire house smelled like rot. You are too expensive for this level of disrespect. This experience put me off & I will NEVER shop at Wilsons again.
