WILSON INSURANCE BROKERS APPALLING SERVICE

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star, but couldn't submit a review without it. I took over my dad's medical affairs 4 years ago as he was incapacitated, only to discover today from Discovery Health that there was a broker appointed. When I phoned Bunty Wilson to find out where she had been for the past 4 years and whether she knew my dad passed away 4 months ago, I was treated with absolute disdain. To make matters worse, she forgot to hang up after our telephone conversation, so I overheard her conversation with her colleague where she said she "doesn't give a ****". This was clearly the impression I got from my conversation too. Please stay away from this company, they do not deserve to be in operation. Absolutely appalling.
