The salesperson pressurised me on the phone, pushing me to submit documents from my current service provider to them, as if they're doing me a favour by giving me a quote that I didn't even ask for, and asking me to be disloyal to my current service provider which is doing an excellent job. They had the audacity to ask me when I'd be able to submit my personal policy with my current insurance provider.
