Damaged clothing

We took my son's black suit to them for dry cleaning, it came back Brown and they don't want to take any responsibility for the damage. Their Mr Mphahlele is giving us the run around. Their employees also are of no help, they do not know who the owner is. We gave them all contact details, proof of purchase and A quotation for a new suit but they do not come back to us.So much for supporting black business!
