Wilhelm from Wilneth Properties is unprofessional

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I dealt with Wilhelm who is one of the owners of Wilneth Properties and it is the most unprofessional interaction I have experienced in my life.

This man is rude, sarcastic and does not have his affairs in order when it comes to his business.

To add to the stresses of moving house, we had to move into a filthy apartment. It's actually disgusting how little he thinks of his tenants but is very concerned about getting his money on time.

To add salt to the wound, this man raised his voice at my partner when he was questioned about the state of the apartment. He was more upset about us asking for a clean apartment.

After we set that straight, guess what? The apartment was STILL dirty when we had to start moving our things in.

It is day one of a year lease with this business and I am sitting with unpacked boxes around me... waiting for this place to be cleaned wondering how the cleaners will do a decent deep clean with all my things in the way.

If you see the name Wilneth Properties, please run in the other direction. Their 40years of experience that Wilhelm brags about most definitely does not show in the way he conducts himself and his business.
