Wilmed park terrible service

First when u enter the door, there is no one to show you what is what, u linger around not knowing where to go. 1st l had a bleeding child that sat by reception while we waited for more than an hour to open a file, the nurse came to take him and file was still not opened as there is one person, who is also chatting with his colleague and answering texts and phone calls, 2nd was with my mother, the staff was making excessive noise laughing and chatting on a high pitch volume, the corridor was noisy, the nurses just come and inject things on the drip, we dont know who they are and what they are giving they assume dr told us, they come in the room disconnest patient and take her away, we dont know why, where they are goinging and who are the people taking her as they didn't greet and introduce themselves, communication is terrible them blood person came as well we had no idead why as it was not communicated what the blood withdrawal was for. Everything is just a mess there is no professionalism or care, the laugh amongst themselves in the room while patient is mourning of pain. I am a black person this cannot be a ****** comment. But my experience at Wilmed since dealing with black staff has been horrible, they do not have the mental state of serving the patience, they will tell you to call medical aid abd fund out if u have funds, there has never been l time l had ever called medical aid myself or requested authorization by myself. We understand the BEE narrative bt please yake your employees through the nesseccary training and procedures they make the frustration of been sick higher than nesseccary.
