worst land lord ever

She is the worst person to rent a place with, she is rude and arrogant toward everyone and gossips about all the students living there to everyone. She enters your apartment without permission when your not there and even gave my key to someone else to enter my flat as pleased. When we complained she shouted at my parents and called them rude names. There is no privacy what so ever and a very hostile enviroment.
