Does not follow their own contract of flat rental

Flat on my property was rented out to Wilma Mostert Properties for an month when the tenant give notice to Wilma Mostert. No inspection was made according to their contract and until now Charmaine didn't follow up on her appointment what she made to me to do inspection on the flat and also the electricity reading so that the tenant can pay me for the use of electricity on the flat.
