Feedback re service I have received

I brought my car for a service in July of last year. I mentioned to your guys that the back tyres were making a lot of noise while I drove the car and I thought it was threading. Your guys told me my rear shocks needed to be replaced. I brought the car back in October to have the rear shocks replaced, when your guys then told me that wasn't the issue. I needed new tyres. I then (stupidly) believed your guys and bought 4 new tyres for just more than R3 000, because I thought you guys would give me good advice. I realised that the noise had not gone away, despite the service and the brand new tyres, and I called your guys again. Your guys then told me that the balancing hadn't been done properly. I believed them and took the car back to you again. Your guys then told me they had balanced the wheels. I decided to go to Tiger Wheel and Tyre since the problem still had not been resolved. They told me that the balancing job your guys did was a complete mess-up as they had weighted my wheels down completely with too many weights. I will not be bringing my car back to your establishment, nor will I recommend it. I don't feel like I can trust you.
