Dishonest Estate agents and self serving electrician

Dear Hello Peter, I recently decided to sell my house. First the price was brought down by R500 000. Because of many excuses. Then an Electrician bought the house, but since he work for the Laywers doing the transfer, he they decided that he should do the electrical certificate. He decided the whole house should be rewired. Lights that were installed by another electrician suddenly had no earth wires. R300 to replace a whole tube light, because it has no cover. he disabled the power to the electrical gate and now we have trouble getting other quotes. In total he quoted more than R16 000. the set of keys that was handed to the estate agents also disappeared. I think that I am being cheated. What should be my course of action? Yours kindly
