Terrible service

Johann was rude and arrogant. The castle had holes in it and wasn't hard enough, and it was the wrong castle. He insisted that was the one I hired and then later confessed that that the one I hired was damaged, hence the different one. He brought me a castle with a pond in it and no *****, when I told him their fun is going to be ruined, he kept screaming I DON'T CARE, I DON'T CARE. When I asked him to exchange it for another one, he said he couldn't, but he was willing to come and collect that one and refund me, all that effort into fetching it, but no effort to replace it to make sure your customer is happy. He was at my house on Sunday morning to collect even though he said he will collect Monday, he insisted I told him to collect on Sunday, which I never did. Extremely terrible service, and worst of all Johan is rude, screams at his customers to get his own way, this is psychotic behavior!!! Sandra Baxter
