Worst customer experience ever

Resort manager was extremely rude and kept speaking over a person. Didnt give a chance to speak, raised his voice and put the phone down in the middle of the conversation. Willows messed up our booking. On trying to get a resolution they failed to acknowledge their mistake, blamed it on our communication instead of taking lesson from it.
