Willows caffe Bad Service

Service was terrible. Stood at the door for about a full 2mins waiting on a server to show me to a table. Ordered a wrap and a rooibos tea. Upon pouring the Tea and stirring , I saw a black mark inside my cup which then started to tear apart and make black particles. Told the server the cup was dirty- to which she rep**** that it was probably black because of the tea bag. I said that was not the cause. She did not remove the tea from my table. I ordered another drink. And she still had the audacity to leave the tea on my bill. I therefore did not leave a tip.
